Privacy Policy

This page describes what data BizPass collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've kept it short on purpose — clarity matters more than length.

Effective: June 14, 2026 · Version 0.1 (beta)
This is an interim privacy policy for our beta period. We're collecting limited data and operating with a small group of users while we finalize the product. A full legal-team-reviewed version will replace this notice before BizPass is broadly available to the public. If you have specific concerns in the meantime, email support@bizpass.co.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove personal data from our databases within 30 days (some backups roll off over 90 days). Aggregated, fully anonymized usage stats may be retained longer for product analysis.

Waitlist signups are kept until either (a) you become an account or (b) BizPass launches publicly, after which the waitlist list is archived and then deleted within 6 months.

Children

BizPass is intended for users aged 13 and older (16 and older in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you believe a child has signed up, email support@bizpass.co and we'll remove the account.

International transfers

BizPass is operated from the United States. By using the service, you understand that your data may be processed in the US and other countries where our service providers (Google, Stripe, Apple) operate. We rely on standard contractual clauses and the providers' own compliance programs where required.

Changes to this policy

We'll post changes here and update the "Effective" date at the top. If a change is material (for example, a new category of data collection), we'll email account holders before it takes effect.
